MASH Outdoor Training is a unique program focusing on building strength, losing body fat and improving fitness FAST!!!
MASH is a six week program, training in a group environment that will get you fighting fit and looking fantastic!
Your instructor will take you through high intensity sessions that comprise of sports specific drills and exercises aimed at improving muscular power, strength and endurance.
What will it do for you? The team have devised a number of activities which will help participants improve integral sporting skills and abilities such as speed, power and strength. You will experience a unique method of training that has shown results from elite athletes to the general fitness enthusiast, getting you in the best shape of your life and looking fantastic.

Do I have to be a Millennium Member?
What Time is MASH on and how long does it go for?
MASH is currently held at 6am every Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 1 hour with a view to increase sessions in the future.
Now on Saturday mornings from 7am - 8am (Charmhaven Only).
Do I have to be fit to do MASH?
No. People of all levels will benefit from the MASH Outdoor Training. An initial assessment is completed in the first session that allows trainers to tailor the training for each participant.
What if it rains?
MASH outdoor session will run regardless of weather conditions with the exception of snow or electrical storms.
I am not sure if I will like it, can I have a trial?
Yes we encourage everyone to come along and give it a go. To organise your trial pass, call Millennium Waitara on 9987 4277 or Charmhaven on 4392 5536.
Do I have to train twice a week or can I just train once?
You will receive greater benefits from training twice a week. However if your availability only allows you the time to train once per week then we can accommodate you.
