Our Cardio machines come with the latest LCD integrated televisions for your viewing pleasure, with Foxtel and free to air channels for your convenience. Watch your favourite program or listen to your favourite radio station while you burn away those calories.
WeightsIncludes an extensive range of the latest in resistance training equipment from leading manufacturers Hammer Strength and Calgym. Our weight machine area includes pin-loaded and plate loaded machines with a dedicated free weight area.
Our Technical Instructors will develop and monitor a personal program and provide you with the guidance on how to correctly use all equipment and ensure your using the correct technique for maximum results.
Group FitnessMillennium offers a wide range of group fitness classes, with over 60 classes per week. We predominately run the world renowned LES MILLS classes which include R.P.M (indoor cycling), Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Step. We run Pilates and Yoga classes. The classes are spread throughout the day to suit any busy lifestyle. They provide a fun and social atmosphere while working out. Please see our timetable for class times!
SeniorsMillennium provides a specialised Weights Class called Easy Moves to encourage seniors to take part in regular resistance training under the supervision of a qualified instructor. Resistance training is imperative to reduce the onset of osteoporosis as well as allowing seniors to remain fit and healthy maintaining their independence in the later years. Each class is conducted by one of our qualified technical staff who will educate and supervise all participants giving all major muscle groups a complete workout. Easy Moves caters for all levels and is a great introduction to regular exercise for seniors. Please see our timetable for class times!
PERSONAL TRAINING ZONEMembers who undertake one of our personal training programs will have their own dedicated area within the club that they can work one on one with their own trainer. The Personal Training Zone is fitted out with the latest training equipment and apparatus that is specific to one on one training. In our Personal Training Zone members will receive the ultimate training experience in a private personalised environment and will be given the opportunity to participate in unique training methods that guarantee to achieve results FAST!
Kids FitnessMillennium conducts 3 fun fitness Programs aimed at children 6-12 years old. Each programs focus is to teach kids the benefits of health and fitness and improving coordination and general fitness.
